The Biology Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course on (The Application of Biosafety Procedures (Biology Safety) in the Animal Physiology Laboratory). It was delivered by the lecturers: (Asst. Prof Hussein Ali Al-Akayshi), (Asst. Prof. Dhu Al-Fiqar Abbas Mutab), and (Asst. Lect. Bashayer Ali Sakab). This course aimed to identify the laboratory tools that must be available in life sciences laboratories. The course also included several axes on prevention mechanisms, and these procedures are regular reviews of biosafety within laboratory settings. The researchers recommended paying attention to such topics in order to raise awareness of laboratory safety through the guidelines that must be followed for biosafety.
