The Mathematics Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific training course on (Preparing Fourth-year Students for Application in Secondary Schools). It was attended by the lecturers (Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Razzaq Al-Ali), (Asst. Prof. Dr. Malik Mutlaq Takhit), and lecturer (Hussein Khalil Hashim) from the Kerbala Education Directorate, lecturer (Hussein Ali Karim) from the Kerbala Education Directorate, lecturer (Ghassan Muhammad Abbas) from the Kerbala Education Directorate, and lecturer (Haider Atshan Fadhel) from the Kerbala Education Directorate. This course aimed to raise the efficiency of our dear students and learn how to prepare the study plan during application in schools to help them perform their lesson in a clear and scientific manner. The course also included several main axes on how to prepare a good lesson and write a lesson plan according to the 5Es vocabulary, and presenting models of lesson plans in mathematics and how to implement the plan within the lesson. The researchers recommended paying attention to such topics in order to provide all the information and instructions to the student who is applying so that he can control the management of the class and then prepare a model lesson that enables him to convey the information to the student.
