Granting Conditional Institutional Accreditation to the University of Kerbala
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research granted institutional accreditation to the University of Kerbala. The University of Kerbala underwent a neutral and independent external evaluation process to ensure that its performance complies with the strict international standards for accreditation, which includes the entire scope of its management and educational performance. The Ministry has obligated the “necessity of the university’s commitment to implementing the relevant provisions stipulated in the Council’s policies and procedures. For his part, the President of the University, Prof. Sabah Wajid Ali, praised the efforts of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, in addition to the contribution of the university staff of professors and employees in achieving excellence and their keenness to raise the name and status of the university at the local and international levels. It is noteworthy that institutional accreditation is granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the academic institution that has met the scientific standards set by the Ministry, including having effective systems to ensure quality and continuous improvement of its academic activities in accordance with the published controls.
