Announcement of the Reopening of the Submission to the Elite Channel
The Ministry of higher education and scientific research announces the reopening of applications to the elite student channel at public universities for the academic year 2025/2024. In compliance with the approved regulations, those included in the application are students who graduated from the third round of preparatory study for the academic year 2024/2023 with rates (90%) and above for the scientific, biological, applied and literary branches, and that the application is to the faculties of management and economics within the departments (Business Administration, statistics, public administration, Industrial Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance and banking Sciences) and the faculties of law, education and basic education at universities located within the student’s province of residence. All students of the provinces, graduates of the scientific, biological and applied branches, have the right to apply to the specialty of industrial management of oil and gas/ Basra University of oil and gas, provided that their rate is not less than (92%). In this regard, the Department of studies, planning and follow-up clarifies that the application to this channel will continue until the end of the official work from Tuesday, corresponding to 2024/11/26 and that the application procedures begin by submitting the student’s options through the electronic form in the studies portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) and then the student visits any public university located within the province of his residence to conduct an interview and testing.
