Announcement of the Launch of the Second Edition of the Higher Education Reading Award

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the second edition of the Higher Education Reading Competition, with a prize value of one hundred million dinars, distributed among forty winners.
Registration on the competition platform (https://awards.mohesr.gov.iq) continues until 9/21/2024. Registered students will take an electronic test on 9/24/2024, the material of which is based on the book (Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights) by the martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr, may God sanctify his secret, and the book (The Civilizational Issue. How do we innovate our future in a changing world) by Zaki Milad. The winners will receive a prize of one hundred million dinars, so that the first ten winners will receive four million dinars for each winner, while the twelfth winners will receive three million for each winner, while the thirteenth winners will receive two million dinars for each winner, and the fourteenth winners will receive one million dinars for each winning student. The conditions of the competition include that the competing student be of Iraqi nationality, be an undergraduate student and a permanent student, and that the competitor’s age does not exceed 30 years, and that the student’s registration on the competition platform be via the official email provided by his college. In this context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, calls on university students to participate in this unique competition, in which thousands of participants compete in its first edition to ascend the platform of excellence to read meaningful content from the oasis of true civilization and positive culture.
