The Department of Biology discusses a master thesis on evaluating the therapeutic role of spirulina Moss against cadmium chloride nephrotoxicity in male white rats

Discussion of the master’s thesis

The Department of biology at the Faculty of education of pure sciences at Karbala University discussed a master thesis entitled (Evaluation of the therapeutic role of spirulina Moss against nephrotoxicity with cadmium chloride in male white rats). The diss The student (Mayas Kamal Saleh), under the supervision of Professor Dr. (Nasir Mirza Hamza).
The message aimed to study the preventive effectiveness of spirulina Moss powder in reducing or curbing the toxic effects that the kidney is exposed to, especially in light of the increasing concentrations of cadmium compounds in the atmosphere.
The study recommended to conduct further studies to detect the active substances in the spirulina Moss powder, and to discuss plans that would reduce the spread and exposure of organisms to high concentrations of heavy elements as a toxic substances on the body. The student was awarded an excellence rating.
