The Dean’s Speech at the Conclusion of the Activities of the Fourth International Conference

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may peace and blessings be upon the best of God’s creation, our dear Prophet Muhammad, may the best prayers be upon him, and complete the delivery. After the end of the sessions of the Seventh National-Fourth International Scientific Conference, which was organized by the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala in cooperation with Hilla University College, and with support from the ieee library With the abundant participation of colleagues and professors from all Iraqi and international universities, I extend my thanks and gratitude to them for the fact that they have enriched this conference in its seventh local and fourth international editions, which we hope, God willing, in its next edition will be enriched by their presence with us.
The Colleges of Education for Pure Sciences and Hilla University were honored to hold and organize this international scientific conference, which succeeded, thanks to God Almighty, and yielded scientific benefits represented in distinguished results and recommendations. There is no doubt that it will be important in achieving one of the strategies of the University of Karbala and Hilla University, which is serving the local and global community, in The fields of pure science and its learning, in addition to the fruits and social benefits gained by most of those who gathered under the roof of this scientific edifice, from meeting and acquaintance between scientists, academics, and science lovers, in an atmosphere of mutual friendliness and respect.
I also extend my thanks and beautiful praise to all those who contributed to the success of this conference, starting with the President of the University of Karbala, the respected Prof. Basem Khalil Al-Saidi, the Dean of Hilla University College, the respected Prof. Aqeel Al-Saadi, and all the employees of Al-Hilla University College. They were all on time, and worked with the employees of our college in complete harmony as a team. One in all, I also extend my special thanks to the conference committees, represented by the Advisory Committee and the Scientific and Preparatory Committee, for their efforts, as well as the increased efforts of the distinguished gentlemen in the reception committee, and the media committee, which had a major role in covering this scientific event, and to everyone who extended a helping hand and contributed to the conference through word or deed.
This conference came in response to calls for the need to direct scientific research to focus on issues affecting the disciplines of life sciences, chemical and physical sciences, and information technology in diagnosis and treatment, as the College of Education for Pure Sciences took upon itself this initiative, until it was achieved on the ground. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
