The Deanship and staff of the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala extend their warmest congratulations and best wishes to Dr. (Ghassan Qahtan Adnan), Director of the Registration and Teaching Division in the Department of Mathematics in our college, on the occasion of his scientific promotion from the rank of (lecturer) to the rank of (Assistant Professor).
