At the Fourth Al-Jarh Festival, the Minister of Education Emphasizes the Importance of Drawing Inspiration from the Supreme Values and Principles of the Holy Martyrdom of the Commander of the Faithful
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from the supreme values and principles embodied in the memory of the holy martyrdom of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him). This came in his speech during the Al-Jarh Festival, organized by the College of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, where he explained that the momentous occasion calls for us to be part of a context of awareness based on the supreme Islamic principles and taking into account the uniqueness of belonging to higher education and scientific research and its institutions, which work to provide an inspiring environment for generations with a strong identity. He reiterated the importance of recalling from the memory of the holy martyrdom the true meaning of human awareness and drawing inspiration from it, the spirit from which the Master of Guardians (peace be upon him) crafted an eloquence and approach from which flows wisdom from which humanity, regardless of its background, draws. The wound festival, titled “The Path of Martyrdom,” included speeches and activities that embodied the occasion of the martyrdom of the Imam of the Pious, Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him, in the presence of a number of honorable representatives, dignitaries, teaching staff, and students.
