Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences Follows Up on Joint Exams Between the College of Education for Pure Sciences and Al-Zahra University
The esteemed Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Hamida Eidan Salman, followed up on the progress of the joint exams conducted between the College of Education for Pure Sciences and Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her). This was in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, which stipulates procedures for “joint exams” between twinned government universities and colleges for two subjects within the specialization for post-first-year students. The joint exam was conducted between the College of Education for Pure Sciences/Department of Mathematics and Al-Zahra University/College of Education/Department of Mathematics. It included second-year students (for Group Algebra 2) and third-year students (for Ring Algebra 2). The exam questions were in the MCQ format, with answers on bubble sheets. This was a new experience in the Mathematics Department, crowned with complete success and smooth running.
