The Council of the College of Education for Pure Sciences held its (eighth) session for the academic year 2024_2025, headed by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. Hamida Eidan Salman, Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, and in the presence of the Scientific Assistant and the Administrative Assistant, as well as the heads of the scientific departments and the Secretary of the College Council. At the beginning of the meeting, Surat Al-Fatihah was recited for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq. Then the meeting addressed the axes of the session, which included many important topics, including: 1. Emphasizing the permanence of the lecturers and their commitment to giving lectures and intensifying the publication of scientific articles. And working on updating their CVs to publish them on the college website. 2. Emphasizing the role of the lecturers (delegation) in giving a scientific seminar and a report on the nature of the scientific lecture they gave. 3. Emphasizing the subject of regular vacations for employees except in cases of extreme necessity. 4. Forming the Department of Educational Systems to organize matters related to the new educational system (Bologna System). 5. Taking care of the cleanliness of the lecture hall after finishing taking graduation photos by having service workers present at the time of taking the photos. 6. Emphasizing the completion of writing the thesis or dissertation without the need for a second extension by having the supervisor follow up on the student’s achievement percentage form. At the end of the session, the Dean of the College thanked the members of the Council and the teaching staff for their commitment to the directives and tasks assigned to them.
