A Ceremony to Honor and Appreciate the Former Head of the Chemistry Department
Under the generous patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Prof. Dr. Hamida Eidan Salman) and in the presence of the Head of the Chemistry Department, Professor (Prof. Dr. Shaza Abdul Amir Jawad), the Department’s Rapporteur, Dr. (Ziad Tariq Habib), and the department’s lecturers. The Department of Chemistry held a ceremony to honor and appreciate the former head of the department (Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazim Bahjat), where the Dean of the College presented him with a shield of loyalty and praised his efforts during his tenure and his constant keenness on the best performance and continuous work with the spirit of one team. Professor Dr. (Mohammed Nazim Bahjat) gave a speech in which he expressed his sincere thanks to the Dean, the Head of the Department, and the members of the Department, hoping to God that communication between everyone would continue. At the end of the ceremony, the Dean congratulated the new Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. (Shadha Abdul Amir Jawad). The Dean of the College expressed her support for the new administration and wished them success.
