The research also included several axes on the existence of the judicial and legal problem that affected the nature of the relationship between the authorities and the existing conflict of monopolization and domination that the executive authority may exercise over the judiciary, in addition to shedding light on the latent importance of the research, which is the position of public opinion on those issues that occurred, as well as religious and political statements and their impact on the relationship between the authorities.
