Chemistry Department Ranks Second in the National Ranking of Iraqi Universities for 2024

The Chemistry Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala ranked second in the national ranking for 2024 among 10 scientific departments from the corresponding departments in Iraqi universities.
This achievement comes as a result of the scientific and research activities of the teaching staff in the department, in addition to the valuable efforts of the department’s management to advance it to higher ranks. The department obtained a score of (53).
This version, which was completed by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, includes the evaluation of (100) governmental and private institutions compared to last year (95) institutions according to special axes to measure institutional performance in terms of institutional accreditation standards, global classifications, the effectiveness of scientific research and educational laboratories.
On this occasion, the Deanship of the College of Education for Pure Sciences extends its warmest congratulations to the Chemistry Department on this distinguished achievement, wishing them more excellence and success in their scientific career.
