The Biology Department at the College of Education for Science organized a training course on equipment used in dealing with invertebrates. It was presented by: (Asst. Prof. Israa Nasser Ghulam) and (Asst. Prof. Ali Hussein Kazim). The course aimed to identify the equipment used in dealing with invertebrates, which is necessary to maintain the safety of the researcher and the animal together. It facilitates the collection and study of samples without harming the organisms. The course also included several axes on the importance of this equipment as it achieves accuracy in dealing with small and sensitive organisms, which enhances the quality of scientific research. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to such topics of preserving biodiversity as this equipment supports the study of invertebrate behavior and their environments, which contributes to developing strategies to protect them and improve our understanding of ecosystems.
