Updating the Controls for the Return of Students Whose Registrations have been Suspended in Postgraduate Studies
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to update the controls for the return of postgraduate students whose registrations have been suspended to their study seats. The controls specified that the student covered by them is the one who did not previously benefit from returning to study seats, while those whose acceptance was cancelled for providing incorrect information regarding the job, whose acceptance was cancelled for not commencing study, cases of cheating, forgery, and dismissal due to disciplinary sanctions, academic theft, and those convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor are not covered by them. The controls stipulated the formation of a committee in each university with various specializations to study the applications submitted to it by students whose relationship with the study has been terminated, while return requests are received for a period of two months from the date of the end of the second semester, and the return to postgraduate studies seats is exclusively through the private expense channel.
