Announcement of the Availability of 260 Russian Scholarships

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of scholarships provided by the Russian Federation to the Republic of Iraq for the academic year 2025/2026.
The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations explains that the (260) scholarships include various specializations distributed over bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees for employees and non-employees, and that the last date for application is Sunday, 12/15/2024.
