Selection of a Lecturer from the Department of Physics within the Sustainability Team of the University of Kerbala
Asst. Lect. (Bashir Muhammad Hussein) was assigned to the Sustainability and Green Campus Team through the Scientific Affairs Division in the University Presidency. He was assigned to work within the axis of manufacturing electronic devices and equipment with a work team in the building of the University Research Center. He assembled and manufactured low-cost control systems for various projects listed below that are effective in achieving an aspect in each axis of the classification (green metric). 1. Smart trash can to summon garbage trucks. 2. Irrigation system using air conditioner water. 3. Traffic signal control system inside the university. 4. Solar power station system for charging in student lounges and seating areas. 5. A model of a smart building or an energy-efficient smart house.
