Meeting of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences with Teaching Staff Who Have Obtained a Doctorate Degree from Outside Iraq
The respected Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. (Hamida Eidan Salman), met with teaching staff who have obtained a doctorate degree from outside Iraq in order to benefit from these energies and harness them in the service of the university and transfer the civilized and advanced academic image to our university. The meeting addressed several aspects, including participation with foreign researchers from foreign universities in conducting joint research, producing joint books and patents, and holding seminars and conferences. The Dean also touched on the international conference of our college which will be held this year, where she urged the inclusion of scientific evaluators in our conference because our conference is international and requires more than one scientific evaluator, and the scientific evaluator must have good specifications to be worthy of the level of our conference. We touched on how to benefit from it and extend an invitation to foreign researchers to participate in this conference. The Dean also touched on the college magazine and how to support it in order to enter it into the Scopus container. It was also directed to involve our supervisors who supervised us in foreign countries in our magazine and make them evaluators so that our magazine rises in Scopus.
