Reference to the letter of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research / department of research and Development / Department of postgraduate studies No. 5 / 8889 in 12 / 9 / 2024, including the approval of His Excellency the Honorable Minister on the date 5 / 9 / 2024 to open the door of rotating seats between universities according to the paragraphs contained therein ، Starting from the corresponding Monday 16 / 9 / 2024 and until the corresponding Thursday 19 / 9 / 2024 in order to organize the recycling process, we would like to show applicants wishing to rotate the following :- 1-we attach to you a file of the number of vacant seats at the Faculty of education for pure sciences / Karbala University with the scientific backgrounds of each program. 2-recycling applications are submitted on paper at the Graduate Studies Department/ Deanship of the college according to the form approved by the college.priority is given to successful applicants and then applicants who apply for processing (5)degrees. 3-bring a copy of the application file with a closed and sealed envelope from the College previously applied to with the endorsement or proof of the degree of the competitive examination obtained and the degree of differentiation. 4-the applicant wishing to rotate to our college undertakes to bring the study leave within (90 days) from the date of issuing the University order of admission for employees. 5-The Graduate Studies department at the college shall audit the beans file according to the controls and conduct matching of scientific background and clearing beans if any. 6-after the end of the period of submitting rotation applications, the college submits the applications that meet the controls to the university presidency /Department of graduate studies affairs with proof of the competitive examination score and the degree of differentiation obtained by the applicant to be issued the University order for admission.
