Inspection Tour
Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, President of Kerbala University, inspected the medical detachments, which are contributed by professors and students from the faculties of medicine, pharmacy and dentistry, to provide medical services to visitors of Arbaeen of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, with the participation of a number of students from the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Sabah Wajid praised the efforts made by the medical detachments to serve visitors arriving in the city of Karbala since the first of Safar al-Khair. The medical detachments provide various medical services to visitors, including fillings and tooth extraction, in addition to treating cases that are difficult to reach hospitals due to the crowding of the roads with visitors. The contribution of Karbala University in providing services to visitors comes within the government program launched by the Prime Minister, and under the supervision of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi. The university is keen, as in previous years, to provide what it can to visitors to the holy shrines in Karbala during the million-person visits and religious occasions. It is noteworthy that the University of Kerbala continues to provide meals to visitors daily through its service convoy located in the Babylon-Kerbala axis. To view the photos:
