The Department of Life Sciences Discusses a Master’s Thesis on Evaluating the Biological Effectiveness of the Green Nanocomposite in Bacteria with Multiple Resistance Isolated from Different Clinical Cases
The Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Kerbala discussed a master’s thesis entitled (Evaluation of the Biological Effectiveness of the Green Nanocomposite in Bacteria with Multiple Resistance Isolated from Different Clinical Cases). For the student (Baidaa Jamil Ne’ma), under the supervision of (Asst. Prof. Qaisar Abdul Sajjad Muhammad Hussein). The thesis aimed to prepare and characterize the green nanocomposite from the leaves of the Salvia plant and improve its biological effectiveness and evaluate its inhibitory effectiveness before and after loading the drug ciprofloxacin on the resistance of bacteria isolated from different clinical cases. The study recommended using other plant extracts to synthesize the nanocomposite and studying their effect on multidrug-resistant bacteria and studying the effect of the green nanocomposite on other virulence factors. The student received an excellent grade.
