The Iraqi Doctors’ Union praised the Decision of the Minister of Education to Rotate Vacant Seats in Graduate Studies

The Iraqi doctors union praised the decision of the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, to rotate vacant seats in graduate studies and reduce tuition fees.
The text of its statement reads: the Iraqi Medical Association extends its thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, following the decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education no. (BT 5/7535) dated 2024/7/31 regarding the filling of vacant postgraduate seats for the academic year 2025/2024.
This decision has allowed the rotation of vacant academic seats in graduate studies, which contributes significantly to the absorption of more students wishing to study.
We also express our gratitude to the ministry’s order no. (BT 5/7799) dated 2024/8/8, which included the reduction of tuition fees for accepted students following the treatments contained in the above resolution. These measures reflect the great keenness to find solutions that serve the homeland by providing the best opportunities for students according to the available possibilities.
