Based on the authorized legal powers, the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, has approved a 50% reduction in tuition fees for accepted students according to the procedures for rotating applicants to vacant seats in admission channels to private expense.
The decision includes reducing wages over the years of study to enable students to continue their careers and fulfill scientific research requirements and international publication requirements.
