Extension of submission to the transport and hosting Channel

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the extension of the time limit for applying to the transfer and hosting form between universities and colleges for the academic year 2025/2024.
Electronic submission to the form for the transport and hosting Channel will continue through the studies, planning, and follow-up portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) until the end of the official working hours from Thursday, corresponding to 2024/8/15.
The Department of Studies, planning, and Follow-up explains that the application procedures for transfer and hosting begin by activating the electronic form on its portal by reviewing the student’s original University (College/Institute) to determine the required options with no more than five options.
It invites students to familiarize themselves with the transfer and hosting controls and inspect the conditions and submission controls.
