Determining the application rates and competition for admission to the medical colleges of the group

Based on its legal powers in managing the admission file at Iraqi universities and laying the starting line towards organizing the requirements of the academic year 2025/2024 and providing a fair competitive environment that ensures the absorption of the index of student numbers in all academic disciplines, the opinion body at the Ministry of higher education and scientific research has decided the following 👇:
▪️Determining the application and competition rate for admission to colleges of human medicine by at least 95% in public universities, universities and community colleges as of the academic year 2025/2024.
▪️Determining the application and competition rate for admission to the faculties of Dentistry and pharmacy by at least 85% in private universities and colleges as of the academic year 2025/2024.
▪️Cancel the privileges granted within the admission gates for any of the categories except those stipulated by law.
