The Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a scientific workshop on (Promoting the Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process). Delivered by the lecturer (Dr. Hussein Musa Al-Jubouri). The workshop aimed to encourage open dialogue and create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions without fear of criticism. The workshop also included several topics on the concept of decision and the principles on which it is based, as well as knowledge of the stages that the decision-making process goes through. The researcher called for attention to such topics in order to learn about decision-making, which requires careful thinking to ensure effective decisions based on strong foundations.
