The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course on developing legal skills, delivered by: (Asst. Lect. Jihan Haider Hashem) and (Asst. Lect. Nisreen Alaa El-Din Hashem).
The course aimed to make all public service employees aware of the legal aspects, develop their legal skills, and understand their rights and duties.
The course also included several important topics on the paragraphs related to explaining the controls of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991 and the job conduct regulations, as well as the State and Public Sector Employees’ Salaries Law No. 22 of 2008, as well as knowing the impact of combining promotion and promotion on the functioning of the public facility. Researchers have called for attention to such topics because they are part of the requirements of the National Strategic Programs for Education and Higher Education (2022/2031).
