The Department of Physics Organizes a Training Course on the Mechanism of Issuing Books, Documents, and Certificates of Participation using the Mail Merge System

The Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course on (the mechanism for issuing books, documents, and certificates of participation using the mail merge system), delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. (Rasul Ramadan Etab). The course aimed to introduce participants to the concept of mail merge in Word, and to train participants on creating tables within the Excel application, then linking the data tables with the Word application using the tool, and then for practical application in detail. The course also included a detailed explanation of creating a unified form to be circulated to teachers and employees that includes the college logo and a unified form and is kept within a database in the Registration Division or the Administrative Division with the possibility of sending it via email and creating a database for administrative orders for each Educational staff. He called on those interested to pay attention to such topics in order to create a special model for teachers and employees for the purposes of evaluating performance and others, and to standardize dealing with official mail and without errors as much as possible.
