The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, laid the foundation stone for the Al-Akhwa Residential City project located in the vicinity of Baghdad International Airport. The Minister of Education confirmed in his speech during the official celebration, which took place in the presence of the President of the University of Baghdad, a number of advisors, general directors, and representatives of university administrations and the National Investment Authority, that this project represents a new map of sincere work, pointing out that the time for registration in it is near and that the paths of differentiation and competition have been formulated in accordance with To the fair decisions and controls written down by the relevant experts, technicians and legal scholars. He reiterated in his speech that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is continuing to implement its programs indicated in the government program and the ministerial curriculum of the esteemed Iraqi government, and is concerned with overcoming all difficulties that may hinder the implementation of public service projects, and is committed to protecting the entitlements of teachers and employees and providing the requirements and supplies that govern and organize the work of vital projects related to the aspirations of citizens. The Minister of Education reassured the teachers and employees at the University of Baghdad and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research that their hopes will be fulfilled by obtaining decent housing, and that the Al-Akhwa City housing project, which is currently being undertaken by a coalition of several companies to complete it according to a studied timetable, will not be hindered by delaying again.
