The Department of Physics Organizes a Training Course on Cybersecurity

The Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training course on (Cybersecurity or Security in the Internet Space), delivered by (Prof. Ziad Nabil Najim). The course aimed to educate users of the World Wide Web of the dangers of cybercrime that occur due to lack of knowledge of information security protocols. The course also included several topics in which the trainees learned about the types of electronic crimes, what is cyberspace, how to raise awareness in this field, and what are the possible methods to be followed to repel the attacks that we may be exposed to as users of the global network. Those interested have been called to pay attention to such topics in order to protect electronic systems and networks from potential electronic threats and attacks. Away from electronic hackers and hackers, hacking is one of the biggest threats facing electronic networks. To view the pictures:
