The Department of biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training workshop on (How to create a citation from the Scientific Researcher website) delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Qaiser Abdul Sajjad Muhammad and Assistant Professor Dr. Zainab Nizar Jawad. The training workshop aimed to discuss the research citation mechanism and raise the h-index for researchers by registering on the Scientific Researcher platform and benefiting from the advantages of this platform, in line with the college’s directions to raise the level of public research and reduce effort by providing mechanisms that facilitate the researcher and supervisor. The workshop included covering the research problem by providing previous research that is close to or deals with the same problem due to the possibility of it being studied by previous researchers, as well as providing modern sources in the field of study and enabling researchers to create special libraries through which research is arranged for writing sources and making citations from them to raise the researcher’s points. Through these citations. The researcher called for attention to such topics in order to intensify participation and seminars and activate the research platforms that were confirmed by the scientific committees in the college on various occasions, in line with the direction of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
