The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a training workshop for students at the University of Kerbala, specifically for students from the College of Education for Pure Sciences, entitled (Creativity and Innovation in Project Management). Delivered by the lecturer (Asst. Lect. Safaa Al-Silawi) from al-Anbiya University (peace and blessings be upon him). The workshop included a set of interactive activities and purposeful discussions aimed at promoting positive thinking and building self-confidence. Practical advice and guidance were also provided to apply these skills in daily life and in various fields of work. The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, explain innovation related to economic growth, and explain the behaviors of a successful entrepreneur and the basic skills of entrepreneurship. The researcher called for attention to such topics because creativity and innovation are the most important characteristic of an entrepreneur through his ability to manage time based on Stephen Covey’s matrix of priorities, as most of his daily activities fall within the Crisis box and the Future box. In addition to giving a vision supported by many strong, specific, unique ideas, that is, new in the market, as well as giving a clear comprehensive vision of how to achieve this goal, even if the details are not complete, it is characterized by flexibility and scalability.
