Preparations for the conference of the Association of Arab Universities in Baghdad

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, chaired a meeting of the committees responsible for the preparations for hosting the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, which will be hosted by the capital, Baghdad, early next March 2024.
The attendees reviewed the work courses of the committees, the content of the agenda, and the scientific events that will be held at the University of Baghdad, which will cover days of the first week of next March.
During the meeting, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, made direct contact with the Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, and confirmed the readiness of the organizational procedures for the General Conference. He expressed his interest in this academic event, which concerns Arab universities and opens a vital field for signing bilateral understandings between Arab institutions. The Secretary-General pointed out the necessity of embodying the outcomes of the Union’s General Conference, which will be hosted by the capital, Baghdad, in the form of programs and timings that serve joint work.
