The University of Kerbala Achieves a New Achievement in the Spanish (Webometrics) Classification

Spanish Classification (Webometrics)

The University of Karbala ranked 17th among more than a hundred Iraqi universities and colleges in the webometrics classification in its 2024 edition.
The classification comes according to indicators of the virtual presence of universities through their locations, measuring the percentage of clarity (50%), transparency (10%), and the strength and excellence of research (40%). The current version witnessed an improvement in the rank of the University of Karbala, as it ranked 17th locally.
The ranking of other Iraqi universities and colleges was according to the sequence indicated by the official website of the classification (https://www.webometrics.info/en/aw/Iraq) affiliated with the Supreme Center for Scientific Research in Spain.
