The Tenth Session of the Council of the College of Education for Pure Sciences
The Council of the College of Education for Pure Sciences held its (tenth) session for the academic year 2023-2024, headed by Prof. Dr. Hamida Idan Salman, Dean of the College, and in the presence of the directors of the Graduate Studies, Quality Assurance, Registration, and Administrative Divisions, and the Secretary of the College Council. After reading Surah Al-Fatihah to all the martyrs of Iraq, the Dean welcomed the members of the Council, and then the members began discussing the agenda of this session. At the beginning of the session, the esteemed Dean of the College provided many valuable directions aimed at improving the educational process in the College. The most prominent directives came from the national classification committees. Emphasizing the results of scientific departments. The Dean also presented the highlights of the last University Council regarding the first stage exams and their dates and the emphasis on increasing the rate of scientific publishing and activating scientific cooperation agreements with Iranian universities. The Dean also urged the necessity of participating in a number of scientific conferences that will be held by the University Presidency, the Union of Arab Universities Conference and the Conference of the Union of Arab Universities. Scientific activities. In conclusion, the members of the Council turned to God Almighty to preserve our beloved country, Iraq, our people, and all students, and to grant everyone success for all good.
