The College’s Annual Inventory Committee Completes its Work for the Ending Fiscal Year

Under the supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Idan Salman. The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Lect. Dr. Malik Mutlaq Takhit, chaired the central and subsidiary annual inventory and reconciliation committee in order to work on the annual inventory for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2023 in our college for the purpose of directing the process of inventorying the college’s assets and matching them with the central records for the year 2023 through a manual inventory by the committee. The problem came from some of the teaching staff and some of the officials of the divisions and units concerned with the inventory, as all assets were inventoried, including books, paper and electronic dissertations, and the inventory mechanism for the materials present in the scientific departments, the deanship, and the warehouse, and how to deal with them and add the new inventory materials. During the meeting, there was also consultation with the members of the subcommittees for the purpose of Completing the matching process between physical inventory and warehouse records.
