The Biology Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a workshop on (ASDPS Postgraduate Student Skills Development Program) delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Qaiser Abdel-Sajjad Muhammad, Lect. Dr. Talib Hashem Matlub, and Lect. Dr. Ayser Ashour Khalaf. The workshop aimed to explain this program to graduate students and their supervisors. Through the programs covered by these workshops and courses in various Iraqi universities and under the supervision of qualified professors who have high experience in the field of scientific research mechanisms. The workshop also included several topics, the most prominent of which was activating the accounts of students and teachers supervising the skills development program for postgraduate students, which provides in-person and electronic scientific forums in all Iraqi universities according to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as raising the activities of teachers. The researchers called for attention to such topics to emphasize explaining students’ entry into the program, participating in activities, and benefiting from the workshops and courses published in it to develop their skills in several fields to help them in the mechanisms of scientific research in advanced global ways.
