Within a series of scientific activities held by the scientific departments in the College of Education for Pure Sciences and under the guidance of the respected Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Idan Salman. The Electronic Calculator Division held an in-person training course entitled (Developing Computer Skills and Increasing Effectiveness at Work). The aim of the course was to interact effectively with technology and enhance their performance in the work environment. The main objectives of this session included: 1. Learn basic skills: Understand the basics of technology and use of computers, develop navigation skills and interact with operating systems and software. 2. Improving work effectiveness: Providing strategies to improve time management and organize tasks. 3. Develop software usage skills: Learn to use basic software packages (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) effectively. 4. Enhancing information security: Providing basic concepts about information security and data protection. 5. Developing digital communication skills: Improving email writing and digital communication skills and using social media effectively in daily work. 6. Developing analytical and logical thinking skills: enhancing the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions, developing understanding and logical thinking skills to interact with work challenges. 7. Stimulating innovation and self-learning: enhancing the ability to self-learn and keep pace with advanced technology, encouraging innovation and the use of technology to find new solutions. 8. Organizing workshops and practical projects: Organizing workshops and practical projects to apply concepts and improve skills. As well as providing opportunities for cooperation and knowledge exchange among participants. This course also aims to improve participants’ abilities to interact with technology and improve their performance in the modern work environment.
