An Extreme Important Announcement

The College of Education for Pure Sciences/University of Karbala welcomes dear students wishing to apply for evening studies for the academic year 2023-2024 in its following scientific departments (Department of Life Sciences, Department of Mathematics, Department of Chemistry), and is pleased to announce to you the opening of applications for students in the scientific branch (biology, My application, teachers continuing to serve) exclusively starting Monday, September 25, 2023, and according to the controls and conditions set forth in the student guide for the academic year 2023-2024.
*Controls and conditions for admission:-

1- The applicant must be of Iraqi nationality.
2- The applicant must be a graduate of preparatory school in its two branches (biological, applied).
3- Scientific departments included in the application (life sciences, mathematics, chemistry).
4- The graduates of the Institute of Teachers, male and female, who are exclusively recruited, have the right to apply for evening studies according to the corresponding specializations.
5- The minimum limit for admission to evening study at the College of Education for Pure Sciences/University of Karbala is (60).
6- Tuition fees amount to (1,500,000) one million five hundred thousand dinars for one academic year.
7- Application for evening study is done directly through the student’s review of the Registration Department at the college.
8- Receiving students for the purpose of applying will be from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon.

*The required documents:-
1- Civil status ID, citizenship certificate or national card.
2- The ration card and the housing card.
3- A school document or certificate of graduation from middle school certified by the Directorate of Education in the governorate.
4- Recent photos (6).
5- A guarantee from the legal department, provided that the sponsor is either an employee or a retiree (if the sponsor is an employee, he must bring a continuity of service letter from his department in addition to his job ID, and if the sponsor is retired, he must bring his retirement ID).
6- Medical examination from a health care center.
7- A check for the amount of tuition fees from Al-Rasheed Bank/University Branch, provided that it is addressed to the College of Education for Pure Sciences, and the fees are in two installments during one academic year.
