Announcement of the availability of French scholarships for the academic year 2023/2024

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of twenty French scholarships offered to Iraq for the academic year 2023/2024 to obtain a PhD in specializations (science, engineering, environment, antiquities and heritage, law and French language). The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations has set the deadline for submission is 1/8/2023.
