Counting the Academic Year 2022/2023 as a Year of Non-Failure
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, approved to count the academic year 2022/2023 as a year of non-failure for students whose records have been upgraded for the aforementioned academic year exclusively in the preliminary morning and evening governmental and private studies for all academic levels. The decision excluded those of who were upgraded due to fraud, disciplinary penalties and forgery, in accordance with the instructions in force, while students who failed with download materials will be dealt with with their cases, according to what came in Paragraph 11 of the minutes of the seventh meeting of the Irrigation Commission. Applications to return to universities will start from today, Sunday, 6/18/2023, until Thursday, corresponding to 8/31/2023, so that colleges and institutes can issue the necessary administrative orders in a sufficient time before the start of the academic calendar for the year 2023-2024.
