Launching the electronic inquiries service in the office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the activation of the electronic information system in all government institutions, as this service was launched in the Ministry’s office on the link below. The service can also be accessed by searching for it within the Ur electronic portal for government services (https://ur.gov.iq) under the Electronic Inquiries tab / Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The Ministry also directed the need to urge all affiliates, students, and reviewers to take advantage of this electronic service to inquire about books and to inquire and submit requests without the need to visit the Ministry’s office. It is possible to call the toll-free number 5599 for the guidance service at the National Data Center of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for assistance.
