The lecturer from the Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala, Dr. (Ahmed Khairallah Shaheed), published research in the journal (Optoelectronic laser journal) in the State of China, entitled (The Properties of silicon nanoparticles produced from type-P silicon). The properties of this silicon were studied after scraping by taking five times of morphological, optical, and electrical properties. In addition the comparison in the scanning electron microscope images between the nanoscale models free of the polymer and the nanoscale models after adding the polymer, which is the melamine polymer. The research aimed to form an intermediate material and a nano mixture between the polymer and silicon, as the research studies the intermediate material between the two materials.
