Honoring the First medical Colleges to win the Creativity and Excellence Award
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the first graduates from the faculties of medicine who achieved highly competitive ranks in the Creativity and Excellence Award exam In his speech during the ceremony held at the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University, the Minister of Education affirmed his full support for the medical colleges and the medical education environment in Iraq, and to continue to strengthen the infrastructure and enable it to respond to its goals, explaining that the celebration honors the first who passed the exam for the Creativity and Excellence Award, which is held for the first time at the level The National Council carries indicators of positive interaction and continuous success, which resulted in the ambitious policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Higher Research, its specialized programs and strategic goals with concurrent tracks, which start from classrooms and end to community service and sustainable development goals. He added that the results achieved for this pioneering experience confirm that the educational process in university institutions is moving in the right direction and possesses a balance of quality and is based on the specialized program accreditation granted by the National Council for Accreditation of Student Colleges in Iraq. He added that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research looks with great interest at the indicators of the exam for the Creativity and Excellence Award, due to the results of its results achieved from a scientific measurement of the testing environment and objective evaluation tools, as well as the accurate reading it provides for feedback that includes an evaluation of the educational system and the quality of the components of the educational process. The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, blessed the first graduates who achieved positive results in the exam, which was conducted for the first time in Iraq. Ninety-eight graduates from medical schools participated in it and underwent the highest international standards in setting questions and testing. In his turn, the Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Medical Faculties in Iraq, Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, appreciated in his speech the follow-up and interest shown by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, to support the medical education environment in Iraq. The ceremony was attended by the head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, the head of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations, the head of Al-Nahrain University, the deans of medical schools, and a group of students and teachers.
