The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issues the administrative order to appoint holders of higher degrees (PhDs) to the staff of the University of Karbala. Those whose names are included in the attached list should review the presidency of the University of Karbala / Administrative Affairs for the purpose of completing the direct procedures, bringing with them personal documents and university orders for the certificate.
