Dean’s Participation in the Sixth International Conference on Engineering Sciences

The respected Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. (Hamidah Aidan Salman), attended the annual scientific conference titled “The Sixth International Conference on Engineering Sciences” of the College of Engineering at the University of Karbala in the University of Karbala and sponsored by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. (Naim Yasser Al-Aboudi), and headed by Mr. President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. (Bassem Khalil Nayel), in cooperation with the College of Engineering at the University of Sulaymaniyah and the Australian University of Sunburn. The opening activities began with a speech by the President of the University, in which he valued this effort, declaring his full support for scientific projects that affect the reality of social life, to integrate the university into society and benefit from the great energies of Iraqi scientists.
And then followed by the speech of the Dean of the College of Engineering and Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference, Prof. Dr. Laith Shaker Al-Qarawi, who spoke about the technical aspect of the conference, where he indicated that the number of joint research in the conference was 136, of which 105 were accepted in various basic engineering specialties and with five diverse axes, and to be published All in one global container. It is worth noting that the conference witnessed a distinguished scientific, governmental and international presence, as well as scientific personalities from international universities.
