Central and Subsidiary Annual Inventory Committee Meeting

Under the supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. (Hamida Aidan Salman). The Central and Sub-Annual Inventory and Conformance Committee has started its work for the annual inventory in our college for the purpose of initiating the process of inventorying the assets of the college and matching them with the central records for the year 2022 through a manual inventory by the committee formed of the department heads, rapporteurs and some officials of the divisions and units concerned with the inventory, where all the assets were inventoried from the books And paper and electronic theses, the inventory mechanism for the materials in the scientific departments, the deanship and the warehouse, and how to deal with them and add new materials to the inventory. During the meeting, the mechanism for the final annual inventory was also discussed. Sunday, corresponding to 12/18/2022, has been set to start the initial inventory process..and Monday, corresponding to 12/27/2022, has been set to meet with the committees and review their achievements in the inventory process, leading to the end of the final inventory, as well as discussing some administrative and economic matters pertaining to the college.
