Participation of the President of Karbala University in the Closing Ceremony of the Partnership Project with the Dutch Side
The honorable President of the University of Karbala (Prof. Dr. Basem Khalil Nayel Al-Saeedi) and his accompanying delegation participated in the closing ceremony of the partnership project with the Dutch side, which was held in Erbil Governorate. The president of the university told the Dutch side that the project that we agreed on in partnership with the Dutch side last year and with the participation of six Iraqi universities (Salah al-Din University, Mosul University, Anbar University, Kufa University, Karbala University, Basra University) resulted in achievements that support methods of Education and scientific research at the university, hoping for continued cooperation with the NOFEC organization in future projects that the organization may launch. He added that the project is working on openness with local governments, civil society institutions and the labor market in implementing scientific programs and benefiting from international experiences in managing partnerships in order to achieve the desired goal. The ceremony included highlighting the most important achievements of the two-year project, especially in the field of efficient water management and the transition towards smart climate agriculture. The ceremony also included the signing of an agreement between Salahaddin University, Karbala University and the rest of the Iraqi universities participating in the project.
