The Minister of Higher Education Visits the University of Nineveh, Inspects its Halls and Laboratories, and Affirms his Support for Developing the Environment of the Newly Created Universities

Visit of the Minister of Education to the University of Nineveh

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, followed the University of Nineveh and inspected its classrooms and laboratories, stressing support for the development of the environment of the new universities. The Minister of Education, in the presence of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayyat, and university presidents, toured several faculties and was briefed on the microbiology, biochemistry, physiology and classroom laboratories, directing to expedite the completion of the university’s infrastructure, modernization, and equipment of its laboratories to create a suitable educational environment for scientific and research fields.
During a joint meeting, the Minister of Education stressed the importance of the university meeting the needs of society, solving problems through scientific research, and enhancing participation and creativity by establishing serious and real cooperation with various sectors of the state and community activities, so that the university becomes a center for scientific, intellectual and cultural interaction.
